I have done some small busnisess online, both selling products and service. I was eager to open an online shop. So I ran an online shop several times. And then I failed several times too. Small (online) business is not without risks, please keep in mind. If we are not ready with handling customers and fulfilling their expectations and gaining profit at once and also solving problems that may come, we are not going to be in the business for so long. Watch and learn. Research and practice. Firstly, we must know the best thing you have to offer, and let it be our uniqueness to stand out the industry.

Lewis – That is so interesting. Where did you come up with the idea and motivation for such a business?

Charlotte – You are right. However, I wasn’t suggesting that one applies for a data entry job, merely that is an acquired skill that most don’t even realize they are picking up. Data entry is usually a part of every job, no matter how big or small.
